We take pride in the finish quality and construction of our furniture. Because each piece is custom and made-to-order, our furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or intransit damages.

Any custom order that is not accurate to the specifications provided on the invoice is only returnable if it cannot be corrected locally . No exchanges or returns on to specification special orders.

If a return is approved at the client’s request (for reasons other than defect or error), a 20% handling fee will apply. The client is responsible for all transport costs, including both delivery and return shipping. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging for any refund consideration.

The production process begins shortly after the item is ordered. Customers have 48 hours from order placement to cancel custom orders. After 48 hours, the 50% deposit will be retained by Headboards For Africa.

No cancellations on orders that have been fast tracked (1 to 7 days) on customer request. Please review your sales information to make sure that we have all the pertinent details of your order correct, as well as your correct contact information.
